KACI offers a free returns policy for France.

Return Policy for Kaci Eyewear:

At Kaci Eyewear, we are committed to providing you with an exceptional shopping experience. If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we are here to help.

Return Conditions:

Return Period: You have 30 days from the receipt of your order to initiate a return.

Product Condition: Items must be returned in their original packaging, unworn, and in perfect condition.

Exclusions: Customized or modified items are not eligible for return, except in case of manufacturing defects.

Return Process:

Contact Customer Service: To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team via email at Hello@kacieyewear.com , providing your order number and the product(s) you wish to return.

Return Confirmation: Our customer service team will contact you within 48 business hours with return instructions and a Return Authorization Number (RAN).

Packaging and Shipping: Carefully package the product(s) in the original packaging and make sure to include the RAN. You are responsible for the return shipping costs.

Receipt and Inspection: Once we receive your return, our team will conduct an inspection to ensure that the return conditions are met.

Refund or Exchange: If the return is approved, you have the choice between a full refund of the purchase amount or an exchange for another product of equivalent value.

Shipping Policy for Customers in France:

Free Shipping: We offer free standard shipping for all orders shipped to France.

Delivery Times: Standard orders in France will arrive between 5 and 10 business days. Expedited orders may be available for an additional fee.
